We'd love to have you on our team

Our volunteers are more than helping hands. They become part of the heart of our mission.

Make a Lasting Impact

At Miniature Moments at Foster Farm, every volunteer helps create moments of joy, comfort, and connection.

Whether you're caring for our miniature donkeys, preparing the farm for guests, or helping during events, your time makes a meaningful difference.

No previous farm experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is a kind heart and a willingness to serve.

More Than Volunteering

When you become part of Miniature Moments,

you become part of a community that believes healing often begins with the smallest moments.

Many of our volunteers tell us they receive just as much as they give.

The friendships. The peaceful mornings. The laughter.

The quiet moments between a child and a miniature donkey.

These are the moments that remind us why we're here.

To protect both our guests and our animals, volunteers should be:

• At least 16 years old (or accompanied by an approved adult if younger)

• Able to commit to scheduled volunteer shifts

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather

• Respectful of our animals and guests

• Willing to complete orientation and training

• Committed to representing our mission with kindness and professionalism

Background screening may be required for volunteers working directly with children or vulnerable populations.

Ready to make a difference?

If you believe kindness matters, if you love animals, and if you want to be part of something that brings hope to others, we'd love to hear from you.

Every volunteer helps create the gentle moments that make our mission possible.

No previous farm experience is required. We'll gladly teach the practical skills. A caring heart is much harder to teach.
