No previous farm experience is required. We'll gladly teach the practical skills. A caring heart is much harder to teach.
Volunteer Opportunities
Donkey Care
Help feed, groom, and care for our miniature donkey family while learning about their unique personalities and needs.
Guest Experience
Welcome visitors, answer questions, assist families, and help create a warm and memorable experience.
Events & Community Outreach
Support fundraising events, educational programs, and community partnerships throughout Volusia County.
Farm Beautification
Help care for gardens, walking paths, landscaping, and the peaceful spaces that make our farm so special.
Behind the Scenes
Assist with organizing supplies, preparing educational materials, photography, social media, office projects, and other mission-supporting tasks.

Volunteer Expectations
To protect both our guests and our animals, volunteers should be:
• At least 16 years old (or accompanied by an approved adult if younger)
• Able to commit to scheduled volunteer shifts
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Respectful of our animals and guests
• Willing to complete orientation and training
• Committed to representing our mission with kindness and professionalism
Background screening may be required for volunteers working directly with children or vulnerable populations.
